Stork, currently a Fluor company, is a global provider of knowledge-based maintenance, modification and asset integrity (MM&AI) products and services. Responsible for enabling delivery of the HR strategy, being the partner in change & transition, organizational design and HR governance, and overall support and knowledge management. Next to that responsible for all global HR (IT) initiatives, including global budget. Execution of HR (IT) projects, HR transitional change and enabling organizational change, monitoring HR Governance, provide support services and share knowledge to execute, evaluate & supervise the HR service delivery model. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Human Resources (Board Member). Member of the Global HR Core Team.
Using SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors for global talent processes. Full project responsibility for outsourcing project of the global HR IT and Pay Services, as well as supporting the design and delivery of the transition of the HR community from reporting to local management, to one common global HR organization structure. As a separate project responsible for outsourcing the HR- and Payroll admin company of all Stork and Stork-related companies in NL (Stork PSD BV). Approx. 11,500 pay slips and 15,000 pension slips. Moving from on-premise SAP HCM incl. payroll towards NGA’s EuHReka (= outsourced SAP HCM) for the Netherlands and Belgium.
