I support organisations in how to define and deliver their HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Experience (EX) Strategy, as well as I am part of a multidisciplinary team focusing on Global Business Services (GBS). Next to that, I align with leadership teams to uncover the added value of HRSD and EX. I also speak at events -both our own and external ones- and publish on these topics.
Reporting directly into the AVP of Employee Experience Solutions for EMEA, I am aligned to 15 Solution Sales Executives and 15 Solution Consultants. Together we cover the full region: from the Nordics to Africa, from the UK & Ireland to Central Europe.
