The roles
At the time I worked there from their Lausanne HQ, I was an external consultant/project manager with Taleo (see separate portfolio). I started my career at Taleo on my first assignment with PMI, in the role of solution configuration consultant and learning 'on the job'. Thru a serie of solution delivery cycles for their talent processes in a few years time, I got well-aligned with their HR business.
As a result of that I was asked to support the HR team with a focus on talent processes, when moving towards HR Shared Services, as part of a wider and complex program that was led by IBM. And once they acquired Sampoerna, Indonesia's largest privately owned tobacco company, they asked me to integrate them into existing processes and solutions, from a talent management perspective.
