The role
Responsible and accountable for development and execution of Heineken’s global HR IT strategy, budget and operations. This involves e.g. the enrollment of global HR processes thru systems and solutions, as well as maintenance, optimization and development of the global employee database (SAP HCM), as well as the change & transition from the whole organization towards these. I managed teams of 10 – 50 employees and (program) budgets of € 2M – € 25M. Moving from a scattered global landscape (approx. 50% SAP HCM solutions) to one global database in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and using their talent management modules for all employees.
I also managed the Global HR Systems & Solutions Team, an international team of 9 professionals with expertise in functional analysis, architecture, program and project management and executing roles towards users, data input and reporting. As a separate project I was in the lead for 2 years of the global program for design & implementation of the Binding Corporate Rules on Data Privacy. Reporting to the Senior Director Global Rewards, as well to the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team. Represented Global HR into the global IT body who monitored and decided on all global IT programs and budgets. True global visibility and complex stakeholder management.
