The roles

Offering support in realizing optimum HR organizations and durable implementation of changes, implementing HR solutions, Change management, Leadership development, Coaching and Training. Specialized in HR en HR IT issues, Talent Management, Shared Service Centre implementation, integration of HR and HR IT and all that is aligned to that. Senior Project Manager in multiple assignments. Within the organization leading in the areas of HR IT, HR Processes and Talent Management.

One role is highlighted on this website as separate CV item (Shell), as this is an important examples of my interim management experience. Other project examples are the role of project Lead HR Process & HR IT Transformation for Orbis Medical Center or the role of Change Manager for the Finance Reorganization of the ANWB, the Dutch tourist and car service club. Or the role for the whole of Atos as Program Manager for approx. 20 projects, all with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
